SUPERHUMAN – Short (Animation Script)

NOTE: This short wasn’t inspired by a prompt. It’s purely original however, it was written for university, thus it’s old so I’m archiving it here.

R.I.P. to this story; I wrote it in 2018 but after COVID-19, it’s not worth using as a pandemic plays a big role (and people die—the parallels will be either triggering, tiring, or both). The animation I envisioned for this is like a hybrid between Craig of the Creek and Regular Show, but not as cute. Set in future London, where humans and androids/hunmanoids live in harmony, Superhuman is an animated short that follows a mixed human-android Black, queer family. Their New Year’s party is under attack after an attendee is possessed by a government-made virus that makes humans stronger than humanoids (a ploy to destroy the latter and reclaim humans as Earth’s superior beings).
